KB Support is an all-in-one help desk and knowledge base tool for WordPress that I developed initially because I needed an efficient way to provide customer support.
I found that the other tools available, just didn’t provide the customer, or support agent experience that I was looking for. Many of them restricting what I would class as basic functionality for a help desk tool, and others that were just too complex to setup and maintain.
My goal was to create a tool that was totally flexible, easy to customise, feature rich, efficient for support agents, and most importantly that provided customers with a pleasing experience when requesting support. And I firmly believe I achieved these goals, and in fact exceeded them. Especially if you consider the paid extensions that are also available.
